• Google Calendar: ability to create, read, and manage events
• Google Drive (File Access): access to files created or opened via Nexus Personas
• Google Sheets: ability to read/write spreadsheet data
• Google Ads: campaign and performance data (if connected)

We only access the specific data necessary to provide the features you enable.

3. How We Use Information

We use your data to:

• Provide and operate Nexus Personas features
• Enable AI assistants (e.g., sending emails, scheduling meetings, generating documents)
• Improve performance, reliability, and user experience
• Communicate with you about your account or service updates

4. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

Nexus Personas' use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

• We only use Google user data to provide or improve user-facing features
• We do not sell Google user data
• We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes
• We do not transfer Google user data to third parties, except as necessary to operate the service (e.g., secure infrastructure providers)

When you connect LinkedIn, we may access your profile, pages, and post content on your behalf.
